it depends on alot of things. if their viral load is low and their CD4 count is above 300, then just a miltivitamin like anybody else. once people need drug theraly they usually take three different antiretroviral drugs, but that may be many pills many times a day. they will also more than likely have to take other medication to deal with the side effects from the antiretrovirals and also bactrim to prevent PCP and toxoplasmosis. so to answer you simply, anywhere from none to a suitcase full.
