Question: how can i prevent pooing blood and what are hemmoroids and what are bloody stools cuz someone said it might cuz b cuz hemmoroids idk what it is or a blody stool and smeone said i need more fibre! help

Hemmoroids are basically your intestines hanging out of your body. You can have blood in your stool from the hemmoroids which tend to make it difficult to have a bowel movement. Are you constipated? You need to get some OTC hemmoroid cream. The kind that you insert into your rectum. That should shrink them a bit and reduce the swelling. This should allow you to pass a movement without straining. If this doesnt work see a doc ASAP

Blood in stool could be a symptom of internal bleeding. You need to get to a doctor and make sure you don't have something like a perforated bowel/ bleeding in the stomach etc. This is serious business.
