Question: So my sis is 26yrs old, 5'1ft, 220lbs, she eats food high in sugar, she did join Curves but won't go. Her face turns red if she has WAY to much sugar, yes she is on meds that make you gain weight. So is she at risk for a heart attack?

She is showing all the warning signs and should check out options. I hear that for 40% of people who die of a fatal heart attack the first warning IS the heart attack.
Being young and being a woman she is a low risk group but the diet and the weight is a problem.
There is a sight about angina that has a free ebook you can download on it "ABC of heart disease" I think.

Download that and see if it gives answers for her or maybe you can use it to shake some sense into her about her diet.
She is at risk for heart attack and for diabetes. She should get a medical checkup.
