When i stand in shower, my legs itch?!

the same exact thing happens to me! Everytime I got in the shower my feet and legs got soooo itchy it was unbearable. You are probably allergic to either the soaps you are using or a cleaner that someone cleans the shower with. What I did was buy dove body wash for sensative skin and it didnt happen anymore. SO the body was I was using was making me itchy. It could be anything you are using to the body wash, shampoo, or conditioner, anything that would ge ton ur legs during ur shower. Try buying the body wash for sensative skin

The increased circulation might be causing vasodialition of the veins down there, and causing the itching.
I think the dude above was right on. You're taking hot showers and your skin on your legs is reacting to the heat. You'd notice the same blotchy and itchy effect if you pointed a hair dryer at them on "hot" or took a really toasty bath. Cool down your water temp a little. That's my advice. Its not good for your hair to take super hot showers anyhow.
The air is dry and taking a shower isnt. There isnt really a way to prevent it unless it is a allergic reaction. In my case i just had to stop thinking about it so much, and sit down lol. i only get the problem during winter now.
