done by breast self examination....regular clinical examination by a doctor....and if any suspicion or high risk...mammography is done.
Ask your Doctor to give you a guide to show you. I don't feel right giving insurctions over the internet. But I will say this, you will more than likely 90% of time have some sort of physical pain if you have breast cancer or some other Breast disease. Trust me I know. I had a 2cm nodule removed from mine last year.
....Or call your doctor to get a mammogram. Breast cancer is BEST beaten if caught early. Mammograms can find it BEFORE you can feel it.
