What is this feeling? It attacks me every morning.?!
Question: First, I could feel that my heart's beating fast.
Then, there would be slight chest pains.
And when I eat breakfast, it's a bit hard to swallow because there's this ill sensation that I'm going to throw up.
I don't know what's been causing this. I eat regularly and I don't have any digestive problems.

But I'm just guessing, you should probably see a doctor before you rely on anyone else's opinion. :(
It could be acid reflux.
I get pains and fast beats when I wake up, and feel as if im going to throw up and I have acid reflux.
Try some over the counter antiacids and if they work go to the doctor for a prescription.
It could also be panic attacks.
