This happened to me before, you must take antibiotics. You can recover on your own but it's not worth the risk. You can have all sorts of complications. See if there isa free clinic, or see if you can see a doctor that has a payment plan and he may have free samples of antibiotics. Sorry good luck!

If it goes on treated a lot more medical problems can happen such has the strep infection moves to your major organs and starts shutting down and then you end up in the hospital and possibably coming home on IV antibotic treatment. Which is a much bigger expense then going to the doctor and spending a few bucks. Tell your doctor you have no health insurance he/she will give you samples.
