Is there any way that I can take the medication now to kill any scabies mites that might have already infected me? Like, I can take the Permethrin creme now to stop anything later?

actually it would be a good idea to go to your doc and get your own prescription, because scabies are spread easily through contact with the same surfaces as the one who already has them, such as soft furniture
