What is the longest period of time you have gone without having a bowel movement!

Question: For 13 days I passed nothing but teeny tiny rabbit-pellet type stools every 3 or 4 days. My stomach was totally distended and painful... I looked like I was 7 months pregenant! Thank you paralytic ileus!

4 days, i was camping and i reallly didn't want to sit on the toilets there... i don't think they clean them... holding it for 4 days isn't easy.
