Help! I have a cold?!
Question: Okay, so like, I have a sore throat and runny/stuffy nose and a cough, and I want to know how to get rid of it fast.
I got it about 2 days ago, I have been spraying Mucinex Spray in my nose in the morning and have been taking some ibeprfoan for the throat.
But my throat hurts soooooo bad at school! So any suggestions? I already got losanges. SO help! Thanks!

try eating yogurt, drink tea with lemon and honey in it, brushing your teeth will help get rid of bacteria causing your cold, orange juice... mints.. umm.... relaxation helps, try getting to sleep earlier..

Colds are easy to cure. Bed rest, food, and juice. If you can not miss school then go but i suggest you stay home. Do not starve yourself also drink a lot of orange juice.
