A picture would be worth a thousand words, especially as they might be mis-spelt. However if I were to guess from what little you have succeeded in imparting in your question, I might go for striae. Do they look like this?

They were a common feature of pregnancy, but these days there most likely cause is obesity. In a young person, whose skin is not too badly damaged striving for the ideal weight is the best answer.

It sounds to me, based on the fact that they are blue colored, that they are just veins. Everybody has them, unless they are an insect or something. I don't think there is anything to worry about.

They sound like stretch marks. There isnt really any way to get rid of them, you can try cocoa butter. But almost everyone has them and you are probably the only one who notices. So dont worry about it!

What have you are called stretch marks and they normally happen as soon as one goes through puberty for women when the hips begin to get wider.

There is nothing you can do besides go to your local dermatologist or even go to the grocery store and look for stretch mark creme. Cocoa butter is good but not the cheap stuff get 100% cocoa butter.

I have heard that in order to prevent stretch marks or to help lighten them up then rub 100% cocoa butter on your areas that are prone to fat deposits [stomach, thigs, hips, arms].

If you are in to organic stuff try a homade scrub of sea salt, brown sugar and lemon juice. Lemon juice is a natural bleacher so it can help to lighten up your stretch marks but not totally get rid of it.
