I want perfect skin! and i mean PERFECT, what should i do or consume to achive i!

Question: If you mean like the celebs then invest in some expert lighting and photoshop! lol

Other than that keep it clean and fresh, wear minimal makeup when needed.. use a 3 step programme like clinique or clarins and invest in an amazing moisturiser ie creme de la mer. Also invest in a serum like body shops orange oil or Clarins face base as it coats the skin with a smoothing protective layer and instantly boosts radience and freshness. Finally vivt your local decent make up counter and speak to the ladies there (Bobby brown , MAC etc) They will ensure you get perfect matches on the make up which will give a flawless finish.
On top of all that remember to keep packing away the water (at least 8 glasses a day) loads of fruit and veg, avoid touching your skin too much, do regular deep clensisng face masks/packs (1 every 10 days or so will suffice) and ALWAYS wear a sun protective moisturiser.. even a little sun everyday will create age spots and wrinkles before you know it!!!

put baby oil after shower and in the morning the dove moisturiser and put cream and all that but put the dove company's its the best and it works imao
and have a masage

Try ditching foundation and invest in a good concealer, for ages i used foundation and felt naked without it, but last summer i got fed up with the greasy feel of it and stopped using it for a while just used concealer, and i noticed my skin actually looked better without it, and after a while it looked fresher aswell from not clogging it up with muck, its never been in better condition. Now i look at girls with its caked on, and with spots... i just think.. i cant believe i used to be like that

im guessing you're a teen....

maybe not....

but heres the problem, EVERYONE GETS ZITS!!!

especially women with periods.

If you haven't got the right genetics, there's nothing you can do.

My wife has very good skin. Quite simply she always, always uses cleanser and moisturiser before she goes to bed.
Smoking is very bad for your skin as is too much alcohol.
Also long term getting a tan will age your skin quicker than anything else.

Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, but limit your intake of fat and sugar. Make sure your face is thoroughly cleansed and nourished each night before going to bed, using a cleanser, toner and moisturiser recommended for your skin type and age. Get a regular amount of sleep; some people need 8 hours or more, whereas others find 6 hours enough - it's not called 'beauty sleep' for nothing! And finally, make sure you keep your body fit and in good working order by doing regular exercise. A healthy body will show all the way through.

You could look into microdermabrasion or visit one of the SK:N clinics http://www.sknclinics.co.uk/ they will give you advice of how to make your skin perfect in no time (I go there myself every 3 months and they have been brilliant)

You need to eat plenty of antioxidant rich foods ie ~ foods rich in Vitamins A, C, E and selenium, zinc and foods rich in EFA'S (essential fatty acids) ?

ie ~ Vitamin A ~ liver, dark green and yellow vegies, carotts, pumpkin and yellow fruits;

Without enough Vitamin A in your system no amount of potions or lotion will ever give you that rosy glow.

Vitamin C ~ citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, strawberries and blackberries, leafy and green vegies, red and green peppers and tomatoes and potatoes.

Vitamin C extends life by enabling protein cells to bind together.

Vitamin E ~ wheat germ, vegetable oils (olive oil), nuts, leafy and green vegies, spinach broccoli, whole wheat, whole grain cereals and eggs.

vitamin E will keep you looking younger by retarding cellular aging due to oxidation (by plumping out those lines and extending the life of your cells).

Selenium ~ seafood, liver, wheat germ, bran, tuna fish, onions, tomatoes, broccoli, garlic and brown rice.

Selenium works in tandem with vitamin E thus they increase each others potency. selenium is another antioxidant that will slow the aging process for you.

Zinc ~ essential for protein synthesis and collagen formation.

foods rich in zinc are ~ meat, liver, seafood (especially oysters), wheat germ, pumpkin seeds, eggs and ground mustard.

Pump up your fresh filtered water intake on a daily basis too to hydrate your body properly and plump up your skin and maintain your health, youth and vitality and to ensure that your body is eliminating efficiently ...... you need at least 2 - 3 litres of water per day. Geez, we need at 2 litres daily just to maintain aspiration (to breath!!)........... :0)

Also ensure that you take a B complex supplement as the B complex of vitamins will support a healthy neural, digestive and immune system......... get one including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, b5, B6 and B12 as they all work best as a group. Do not purchase any of the B complex of vitamins individually unless specifically instructed to do so by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath....... the B complex will help you deal with the everyday stresses of just daily living too ?

these are all the foods i focus on eating hun and my skin is blemish free and softer than my 44 years would suggest ?

take care of you & hope i helped a bit ?
