You can definitely be suffering from angina and/or Athrosclorosis.

Normal Lipids can still build up, especially in smokers and the blood gets more sticky, Hypertensive is one of the clues of Athrosclorosis

An ECG would only show problems with arothmia,
You probably need a neuclear heart scan, or angiogram especially to see the extent of your problem

Its necessary to take a check up with a cardiologist. i think you need E.C.G first.

i think you've answered your own question!. you don't need a rocket scientist to tell u that u must quit alcohol and smoking if you want to be healthy!! trust me you'll be happier.

well that's the first part......even if you visit a doc you'll get the same advice. Later you'll need to get a complete cardiac profile done. Preferably also check for diabetes and kindney functions also.

IMMEDIATELY stop smoking followed by abstaining from alcohol. See the Doctor and follow his advice.

Ya, if will smoke and drink continuously then surely u will suffer from angina.

your hypertension, alcoholism, and smoking can cause eventual heart attack or stroke, you do not need high cholesterol to help either along, Gonna have to change your lifestyle buddy.
Good luck

Not to decide the problems yourself. Consult with a doctor. Due to some other reasons it can happen.

ECG will not reveal high problem.Better have Echo Cardigram and Tread meal tests.

I can tell you give up the smokes and drink. See a doctor for the rest. If it were only that easy!!

You are definitely suffering from angina despite of your Lipid Profile ok. You need further tests; ECG & Blood Sugar and must see a Cardiologist. He may advise you to test in TMT or finally Angiography to conclude the cause of your chest pain.
