Anyone out there have Raynaud's Disease? I just diagnosed myself.?!

i do, its not that bad.. and dont worry you wont get arthritis, just remember to always try to keep moving, try and not be too cold or too hot or have to switch from the two in extremities and be calm, its alright :)

Self diagnosis sucks, my friend. Unless you're a doctor (heck, even if you are a doctor) you shouldn't even think of attempting self diagnosis.

Raynaud's doesn't lead to arthritis- it is secondary to it.

There are several options in terms of treatment and management of symptoms, but all need to be discussed with a doctor.

You are a hypercohndriac - get a life or go on medication.

I'd recommend seeing your GP about it. He can offer you much better advice specific to your condition.

And I wouldn't assume that just because your hands are cold a lot you have a medical condition. Some people like myself have naturally fine blood vessels which lead to poor circulation rather than the vessels being artificially constricted.
