I think you are really fearing that this could be cancer. Well, yes, it could be. I am not a doctor, but i think visiting one is the sanest thing ever. The dotor will advise you better and put your fears to rest. As for the possibility of cancer, it generally can occur if aggravated. So if you are a smoker, give it up. If you're not, Good for you! But yeah, go to the doc, or atleast confide in your friends/relatives. The quicker you go, the better it will be!
..go to the doctor.. it's better to make sure if you don't have to worry about a thing .. =)
It never hurts to have a doctor look at it. If it is something to worry about, chances are when you catch it early, it is treatable. It could be something simple though, like an abcess. You'll never know unless you go. Better safe than sorry! Good luck.
theres lots of things in can be..tongue cancers usually occur under the tongue and the sides of the tongue.
