I have deodorant on it too and it burnss.

I had that once to mine was from putting on to much deodorant so try putting on less. :)
its probably a razor burn.
did you use a new razor for the first time on your armpits?
that can cause you to accidentally cut yourself because the blades are extra sharp.
and yes, deodorant will burn that.
give it a few days and it will feel better.
I get that when I use antiperspirant, I can only use deodorant. Believe it or not, there is a difference. Perhaps thats what is bothering you.
Try using deodorant for sensitive skin that is unscented. Fragrance can irritate the open skin.
