I cant smell?!
Question: Ok, so its not from a cold but I've had "Anosmia" from birth. (I cant smell but I can taste) My grandfather and uncle have never been able to smell, and I spoke to the doctor..He didnt say much, just that i needed an X-Ray. Ive had one of these before and that didnt show any blockage but I am now (turning, soon) 13 and I thought I may be able to have surgery. My sister (9) could never breath properly and she got her adnoids which is near the sinus removed. So it may work for me too, as it worked for her, But "Anosmia" is not very common, only very few people have it and therefore there arent many "results" and "comments" on how the procedure went for those who have undergone it. Does anyone else have this?, and anyone who has undergone the "sinus" operation was it successful? Anyone who knows ANYTHING please tell me all you know.

Sorry I have never heard of your condition. But I do hope they can find the problem and cure it.
