Acute, generalised pain, worse when breathing... anyone know what it is?!

Question: A few minutes ago I started getting weird pain in my abdomen, from the front, central area to up under my ribs, and it radiates up over my chest when breathing. When it's worse it feels like it hurts at the back of my throat and around my eyes.

Here's what it's not:
- Heart pain.
- Asthma/respiratory problems.
- So serious that I need to seek medical attention.

I think it's probably a mild abdominal problem... does anyone recognise these symptoms?

I'm male, 19.

I'm pretty sure you may be dehydrated. Continually over the next 24-48 hours sip water, don't drown yourself but to hydrate. If you don't feel better you should go for a check up. I have had this many times and that is always what it was.

you probably have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

you seem to be describing heartburn and some extra-esophageal symptoms related to heartburn.

go see your gastroenterologist.[]
