Chickenpox blisters not crusting?!
Question: Iam M-30, having chickenpox for last 8days.
Strated having antiviral late -from 4th day.
Fever gone now, no new rashes.
But, most of the old blisters are not drying out/crustingout still.
The fluid filled blisters seems a bit yellowish also.
Whats wrong?

I'll tell you whats wrong: getting chicken pox so late in life. The older you get the worse they are. You're lucky they didn't become a serious case of shingles.
But, from what you are saying, it sounds like your body is having difficulty dealing with the amount of healing it has to do. You're no spring chicken and your immune system has seen just about all the world has to offer except chicken pox. It's having problems because it hasn't dealt with that virus before. Give it some time and I'm sure you'll be fine.
