Question: PLEASE HELP!!! I have a sore on on my tongue with a sore throat and diahrea. The sore on my tongue is painful
....the sore on my tongue is painful and white and a little bit smaller than an eraser on a pencil with two very tiny ones coming in next to the bigger one. My ears and eyes hurt too.

The sore is a canker sore, and often accompanies colds and flu. It will go away on its own when you're better. You can use anbesol to help it heal faster and to dull the pain - it's an astringent and topical anesthetic.

if you chew tobacco it could be leukoplakia, but i don't see why you would have diahrea and sore throat...I suggest you go see a doctor to diagnose you better and give you better medicine than just anbesol
