Sounds like a boil or a furuncle (that's a small pocket of infection under the skin). Usually you can leave it alone, and maybe apply a hot washcloth to help reduce the swelling. But if it's as big as you say, and it's causing you pain, you should see a doctor right away. A doctor can give you a small numbing shot, and then make a tiny cut to release the infection. My husband's had this done a couple of times with lumps that have formed behind the ear, and he said the only pain came from the pinprick from the numbing shot.

no its not a pimple its got something to do with hormones and stuff it will be gone in a few days 6 days ore so but dont touch it!!!
it could be nodular acne they are deeper in the skin and bigger than a regular pimple.
sounds like a spider bite.
Try opening a door before walking through it.
If it's really bothering the hell out of you go see a doctor. The co-pay is a small price for some peace of mind.

especially don't try to pop it.
just wash your face alot and it will go away in maybe 4 days.
most of the time they are caused from stress.
