Red dots all over my legs after waxing?!

Question: I've waxed my legs myself before but this is the first time I've ever had red dots all over my legs. They are tiny and there must be millions of them. It took maybe a day or two for them to show up, and as the days went by they've been getting darker. It's been a week now and the red little dots are still all over and it looks really discusting. What do you think it's from? Allergies? Something about follicles? When will they go away? Is it serious?

Sounds like Petechiea. This is a small bleed into the skin. Here is a way to prevent it. Avoid trauma such as bumping or pulling on skin areas. Obviously the waxing pulled resulting in this. I get this at times. Mine can last from a few days to 6 weeks. About the same as it takes a bruise to heal. It can also be caused from an underlying condition or medications.
Good luck

Did you use a different wax? You might be allergic to it. You probably irritated your skin somehow, though. Try to think of what you did differently this time as to what you've done before and that should help you.

I wouldn't use that wax again.

all those pulled hairs..

You might want to get some mild cortisol cream, in case it was an allergic reaction, that might help the rash.
