I feel lightheaded?!
Question: i feel lightheaded and i feel like i could passout and naseaus at any second when i stand up. when im laying down i just naseaus and lightheaded. i took some cough syrup earlier because im sick.. how can i get rid of this without laying down and getting rest because i have somewhere to be in a lil while?

drink water and eat a few saltines. saltines help youre stomach and water will help youre head.

How long have you been nauseous? When was the last time you had any decent oral intake? What are you other symtoms, fever, cough,etc? There are a lot of different virus going around and if you have the flu and its been less then 24-48 since the onset of symptoms the doctor can give you an antiviral to help alleviate them. You also need to keep properly hydrated by drinking plenty of water, juice, or soup broth. I suggest that you get to a doctor but have someone else drive you. Whatever else you do don't attempt to drive yourself. Get better soon.
