I had this once and had some type clogged pore. It wasn't an STD and it hurt like crazy. It was in a low area, not up top. There is some type of gland there that the doc said helps lubrication during sex and it became clogged and infected. He gave me anitbiotics and told me to leave it alone. I did some soaks in a bath with hot water and it was gone in about a week. I wish I remembered what it was called, but it was 12 years ago...you will have to see the doc.
You should be checked to make sure you don't have genital herpes.
it sounds like you have genital warts caused by a strain of HPV. you will need to go to the doctor to get a prescription cream. anything over the counter is not safe and effective to use.
Get it checked out ASAP, It could be anything. Better to be safe than sorry : )
