First, address the ringing, I think you mean ringing in you ears, this is tinnitus, an unknown cause that's curable by hearing aids.

Get at the cause first. Your blood pressure is way over the limit a 120 over 70 would be nice. I would guess you have high blood pressure that's causing the ringing. Cholesterol is 200, that's good.
Why are you asking on here and not your doctor. He'll have to give you a blood pressure medicine to lower the blood, the ringing may stop, if not either get used to it, most people with it ignore it and it melds with your environment. You just seem to forget it and get used to it.

By ringing in your brain, do you mean you can hear a ringing sound? Probably tenitis.

First of all, ringing in ears may be not serious or quite serious matter. U should go see a Neurologist to be safe. Perhaps has CT or MRI done. Your diastolic blood pressure(90) is categorised as high, also your cholest and TG. I really think u shouldn't see this as a simple matter, I think the worst possibilities should be eliminated first. So go see a neurologist(brain doc)
