Answers: I know it is a treetable condition but the pain in my chest scares me does it get any better

My Grandmother had angina for over 25 years and lead a normal, full life. I don't know about the pains as she just took a wee pill which went under her tongue but gave her headaches. You need to cut down on all the fats you are eating. Stop eating butter, vegetable oil for frying, eat lots of vegetables and try to eat oily fish at least 3/4 times a week. That way you'll lower your cholesterol and that should help. Grill as much as you can and cut ALL the fat off meat before you cook it.

I never worried about Angina I was just afraid of a heart-condition.

Questions being asked on here are so vague and leave so many questions to be asked. Such as, who told you this? A doctor, a friend, a parent?

Your heart muscle simply isn't getting enough blood. I don't know much about angina besides that and the fact that it's just a sympton and not a disease. You won't die from it, but I suggest seeing a family doctor and get that taken care of.

were you told on here or were you told by a doctor? Don't trust medical answers here...people tend to answer with the most dire conditions possible. Just keep an eye on your symptoms for a while, if they don't improve, definately see a doctor. There's no shame in it.

u mean u r clinically diagnosed as havin angina pectoris or angina in short? this is characterised by sharp pains in the chest, shoulders, arms or even jaws during physical exertion as in sufficient oxygen is being supplied. If medically diagnosed to have such a condition, e doc might probably give u blood-thinning drugs like warfarin but advise u to stay away frm fried oily food, exercise regularly, keep stress lvls low, hane balanced varied diet and monitor ur condition, alert doctor if situatn worsens

I would be more frightened by your lack of unintelligible English. Worry about improving your writing skills, grammar, and spelling. Angina Pectoris is an easily TREATABLE disease.
