Feeling of nausia from drinking last night?!

Question: Last night I had 3-4 beers, some wings and then 1-2 more beers. I drank some water before I went to sleep. Today I woke up with extreme feelings of nausea, so I went to the bathroom and threw up, a lot. I felt like none of the food from last night had digested. 4-5 hours later even though my stomach is relatively empty I still feel I can't digest the little fruit I had this morning, and still have a nausea feeling.

What can I do? :(

Could be food poisoning, could be the beer. Either way, let your stomach rest for awhile. You can have a bit of ginger or drink some chamomile tea to settle your stomach.

Something that has worked for me -- and I know this is going to sound strange -- is exercise [obviously while drinking water as well]. Sweating through exercise has helped me to flush out stomach upsets more than once.

Generally these things are self-limiting and run their course within 24 hours.

well my suggestion is to NOT DO THAT AGAIN! sum people are actually "ALLERGIC" to the ingredients in beer, like the hopps or barley, ect.. try eating a plain slice of bread to soak up sum that POISON in your gut...next best answer, GO THROW UP AGAIN AND DONT DRINK WATER

could be the wings...food poisoning common from undercooked chicken....what ever you feel like eating...soups, eggs...milk...
as long as food is staying down that is a good thing....
