What are some things you can do to lower blood sugar and cholestoral??!

Question: Your first must understand the time frames you can reasonable expect positive results.

By developing a disciplined routine of exercise and low carb, low fat meals you can expect you glucose blood levels to drop in a few day and stay there as long as you keep the routine up. You can expect to see a difference in 30 days in your cholesterol.

I prefer aerobic exercise. Walk or raise your heart rate for 20 to 30 minutes a day for about 6 months the increase the time to 1 hour. If you are inclined to weight lifting it is best to increase burn of glucose in your blood, but build you body aerobically first as weight lifting increases blood pressure during exercise.

dont eat eggs or food with cholesterol, ovbiously. the main way is actually just exercising. i have a book on it and there is no actual way to lower either. for blood sugar, there are some foods on the "glycemic index" that will say high or low. for ex. a potato would be high on the glycemic index because it makes your blood sugar higher. the glycemic index is mainly for diabetics.

Exercise/Walk for 30 minutes/day
watch what you eat
