Please help...im very scared/embarresed about this!?!
Question: Well a couple of weeks ago i slept with the guy who ive been seeing for a couple of months. We used a condom but i think it was old because it broke..we continued without it. And now im having pain around the opening of my vagina(burning and soreness also a little red-redness is further out though). I decided to have a look and saw a small lump (well it might have been a lump....it was very small). It was on the sort of folded bit(on the edge) outside the opening and i dont know if its just the way it's always looked. Its not hard and its pretty much normal colour so could just be normal(it just seems like an added bit of skin). The oppening of my vagina is also very pale but there is no abnormal discharge...well i dont think anywhay. The other thing though is that ive been on antibioics for tonsilitus for over a month and i hear it can cause thrush...so could maybe be this.
Please help...i have all sorts of things rushing through my mind...genital warts being my main concern

sounds like it could be a yeast infections caused by the meds you are takeing. Go buy an over the counter yeast infection kit. Follow the dirrections on the box. Make sure you get one that has pre filled applicators for easy use but also one that has some or the cream in a tube so you can apply it to the outside of your body. After that it should clear up. If not it may be something else.
You likely do have a yeast infection.... however don't treat it unil you go to a gyn because the treatment can mask othr issues... and yes you should be very concerned about HPV.... Don;t ever have sex without a condom again... Get thee to the Gyno ASAP

I doubt its warts. That sounds normal. SOmetimes when I am on antibiotics I get a little yeasty too, lol! Anyways that bump sounds okay too, its probably just a little irritation but if it does not go away then you should go to the gyno and just go period if you are concerned. That is what they are there for.
You must see a doctor NOW! There are worse infections than genital warts. Untreated syphilis, for example, can send you mad.
Get yourself checked out by your doctor--it is most likely a simple yeast infection, but it will put your mind at ease to KNOW it nothing to be concerned about...
It's possible something could be wrong but the only way to know for sure is to go get tested instead of trying to diagnose yourself. Afterall, if it is something cureable, you will need to get meds for it.
