Chronic fatigue. Anyone have GOOD suggestions?!

Question: I have had CFS for a few years now and only recently has it got to me. I was so tired the other day i felt ill and had the worst day ever. Now i am emmotional about it.
My friends and family don't understand how i feel and i want to go back to who i used to be.
Has anyone used something that helped increase their energy?
Have you heard of anything that can help? Did you use it?
How did you get your partner, friends and family to understand what you went through?

Have you ever been tested for fibromyaliga? You need a doctor to check your trigger points like a rheumatologist..I got so depressed I saw a Phycatrist and I am on wellbutrin and it does give a boost in the morningI've had fibromyalgia since 2002 but it took what seem like forever for them to diagnosis.. You have to telll yourself I'm not going to let this get the best of me. I also take pain pills and I go to chronic pain mgmt once a monthB-12 helps alot used to get shots and Walmart has the sublingual 500mg for like 3.00. I have lost alot of friends as I can do what I used to do and I have no Family left. My Mother-in-Law & Sister in-Law don't believe it as I always had ALOT of energy. My Husband just about does everything and can see when I have a bad day like todaywith the rain I was just aching so bad I just crawled on the couch and took a 3 hour nap.You can always e-mail me
I do have one best friend of the past 33 yrs between her and my Husband they worry enough for me...Also try centrum Liguid Because like us don't absorb vitamins like regular people(I used to get Iv's of them then I found out about this and I does help also
Best of Luck

Hi,
My name is Rob. If your friends and family don't understand what your feeling, then you can look for a "Chronic Fatigue" or "Celiac Support" group. Your family is familiy, but you might want to re-think who your friends are.

I read the book "Prescription for nutritional healing" by Phyllis Balch and this has about every illness in alphabetical order. You can browse this at a Borders or Barnes and Noble bookstore and this is a great start.

The following can decrease fatigue:
wheat, sugar, dairy, chocolate, caffeine, pop, smoke, junk food, toxins, lack of fresh air, physical overexertion, lack of sun, etc.

I am personally allergic to gluten (wheat, oats etc) and eliminating this from my life assisted. I am a male and avoid any product with soy (unless in very small traces), which increases estrogen and lowers testosterone (energy source) If you are a female, soy might be alright, though. I avoid all wheat, candy, dairy, yeast, and exercise in moderation.

I avoid red meat , which is very hard to digest unless its quite lean. I keep my sugar intake very low, including keeping fruit intake low. If you would like to exchange nutrition ideas, my email is: commerce4@yahoo.com

Have an abundant day,

Rob
