Well first of all, stop cutting yourself.

You've mentioned that cuts take long to heal, you have no eneergy, and you're a vegetarian, so my initial guess is that you aren't getting enough protein. Eggs are a great source of protein, but if you don't eat eggs, try incorporating soy, seeds, or legumes into your diet. Try to use a protein supplement as a last resort, as it isn't as healthy or as effective as natural sources. You could also be anemic, so make sure that you're getting enough iron and B12 in your diet--even if it is in the form of supplements. You may want to go to your doctor to get checked out.

Also, drink a lot of water and juice, preferably juice that doesn't have sugar added. Steer clear of pop and limit your caffeine intake. Make sure you're getting at least 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Try replacing unhealthy snacking habits with healthier ones. Remember, though, it won't kill you to have one bit of unhealthy food every day.

Exercising is great. It's spring now, so why not start running? Start off slowly, with something like a 2k jog, and work your way up.

As for your skin, don't worry too much about it. You're 15. You're going to have skin problems like the other 80% of the population. Use something like Clinque's 3-step products or the tea tree oil line from The Body Shop. If it's really, really, really bad, see a dermatologist.
