Its mostlikley where you shave or something,
well thats if you do shave. i've been doing some reaserch on this, if theyre rather huge i say get it checked out, but if theyre small and white like what youd get as a spot on your face, it could be a cyst or something, im not sure, i cant find any images of what im looking for, but closest i cold get is a cyst says everyone, no way it could be herpies as theyre red and blister like. skin tags are quite big and are mostly skin coloured...
