Not sure, but they all profit a bit too much off of sick people.
anesthesiologist, i think.
Neurosurgeons, Thoracic surgeons and maybe plastic surgeons who do only cosmetic-not burns
They all work horrendously long hours.
Better to be a pilot for a major airline, they make more than doctors and work less.
Or a freakin athlete.
