Question: i went to the GUM clinic years ago for a check up (i didnt have anything) well i want to go again as i have a new partner-thing is im really embarrassed about going back again-can i just give them a false address so i have new notes?

well they are completely annonymus and confidential, they dont judge and most of the time help out a lot. i dont understand why you would want to give out a fake address. but if you must, of course you can, unless the persons name is already filed.......

Just be real. Don't make stuff up. Clinicians need to know your sexual history and they don't judge you. Be upfront and get the answers you need.
hiya well to be honest why would you want to give false id,dont be embarressed,its always to be safe rather than sorry.and im sure your new partner does not need to know afterall its all confidential.and if you have nothing to hide,just be strong do along,and be safe.
