Green mucus coming out of your nose is just a sign that your body is fighting off some sort of infection. Any color to nasal discharge can be a sign of some irregularity, but it is only something to worry about if it lasts for about 2 weeks or more.
Generally, if you are having trouble keeping your airways clear you can just use a saline nose spray to help clear things out temporarily. Aside from this, drink plenty of fluids so that things loosen up and come out easier.
Be sure to see a doctor if there are more symptoms, or if this lasts for a long time.

Mucous should be clear or white. Green or yellow is a sign of infection. Better see a doctor.

It's a sign of infection. Go see you doctor.
