I have a sore in my nose that won't go away?!
Question: I think I got it some how after having to dry off using a moldy towel. I have three or four sores all in my right nostril, that have been there for three days now and won't go away. Is there anything I can do besides taking tylenol? Also what kind of sores are these, and how can I prevent them?

You should go to the doctors, and as far as prevention goes, don't use molding towels, especially on your face.
