What are the uses for Epsom salt?!

Question: Use diluted as eyewash in case you get something in your eyes. I have a workshop and I keep some mixed up and handy in case something gets through my goggles. Use filtered water, and follow the instructions on how to mix. Every once in a while you will have to change the mixture so it is fresh. Save your eyes.

Here's another tip: the unflavored Listerene is great for cleanings cuts or abrasions. It also works great for dandruff. They don't put it on the bottles any longer because they have all the flavorings now, and people will mix up the bottles. You have to use the regular Listerene, full strength.

you can use it as a laxative, or to soak your body in the tub!

My husband has had two back surgeries, and although the surgeries have alleviated alot of his back pain, he still has back pain from time to time. When he does, he fills the bathtub up with hot water, pours in about a cup or so of Epsom salt and sits in the tub and soaks his back.

I've heard that alot of athlete's use it in a hot bath after a game or just to relax them sore muscle's right up! Other than that though? I'm not sure!
