What are symptoms of sinus infection?!

Question: Painful pressure across your forehead, around your eyes and above your cheek bones. You may also have a greenish yellow discharge from your sinus and you'll feel very congested and a lot of pressure in your head and upper face. You DO NOT NEED AN MRI as the one response suggested. See your regular doctor and he can tell you if you have a sinus infection and will prescribe you the right antibiotic to clear it up in no time.

Only way to tell for sure is to get an MRI scan of your head. The scan will show fluid abcesses in your sinus cavities.

However, typically sinus infections involve pressure around the eyes and high on the cheekbones. You will also notice a change in your breath...your friends will smell it for sure. This stems from nasal drainage in your throat. You'll be stuffy too...but not always!!!

pressure around your eyes, greenish/yellow snot

Your face hurts and you're blowing out green, red and other colored snot. Yummy, huh?

Gargle warm salt water. That should help your throat out.
