nope the chlorine would kill it if the person was bleeding the same time as you were and the slight chance that their blood was in contact with yours. Besides blood to blood contact has to be a copious amount and is extreamly rare in contracting HIV
I would be more worried about an infection from a pond or lake rather than contracting HIV. It is very unlikely but ever so slightly possiable if they were bleeding and you were next to them with your cut WIDE open.
No. Even if someone who is HIV+ was gushing blood into the swimming pool it would be very difficult to become infected. Swimming pools are disinfected regularly (there are regulations). Therefore swimming pools do not allow transmission of HIV/AIDS, most other viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.
