No do not reuse it. It can break apart resulting in possible transmission of STD's and unwanted pregnancy. Even if you wash it carefully, there will be traces of semen still present on it and you may accidentally introduce these traces into your partner...so there may actually be a small chance of pregnancy as well! Apart from the fact that it is unhygenic, and not something that will impress your partner anyways.

No. It would probably break the second time, as it's designed for one use only. And this could spread infection, as semen could get onto the outside of it and vice versa.

You should only use a condom one, the wall thickness of a condom is very thin and by washing it you puncture it without realising it, also after use it will lose it elasticity and possible slide off easily
