considering both of my parents are doctors (GP & alternative medicine) i would say that your coldness is due to low energy and low reactive cells.
you should eat more fruits high in vit C as this can help.

But I am uessing your doctor would have caught something like that.
Could be different things. Anemia would be something initially to look at, but you said they ruled that out. Underweight. Hypoglycemia. Raynaud's disease. Circulatory issue.
Just talk to your doctor and see if you guys can figure out what it might be.
