A doctor or a nurse who is familiar with bloodwork, please?!

Question: ***I am 28 weeks pregnant***

I've been @ my OB twice a week for the past couple of weeks getting bloodwork & the 24 hr urine collection due to high BP & protein in my urine... My bloodwork has come back, mostly great, but some of the levels are off, and I just needed to know what these mean:

Glucose, Serum: 107 (Normal = 65-99)
WBC: 13.5 (Normal = 4-10)
Neutrophils: 80 (Normal = 40-70)
Neutrophils, Absolute: 11 (Normal = 1.8-7.8)

The only thing the doctor has told me was that my bloodwork came back anemic, so they gave me an iron supplement. I just got these results back online and no one has called me about
them, so I figured I'd try to figure it out myself :)

Everything else was normal. The things I listed were the only abnormal levels, I just don't know what they are or what it means. I do not have gestational diabetes- passed the test fine.

Thank you for your help :)

not off by that much. those numbers might be your typical normal levels. have them retest you at a later date and compare the numbers.
again, its not that high. your doctor or nurse should have discussed this with you. the act that they didnt maybe could be the elevations are not alarming or significant to them. but call anyways

nope this is the expected result... iron supplements raise white blood cell counts... therefore all those levels are expected to be high given that you just recieved a vast dose of iron.... There is details but there not relevant... iron, hemaglobin, oxygen.. ect. i'm to lazy to type it and i don't think you care... everything looks good, but I'm no doctor, you're concerned you'd better ask..
