Can you have a UTI or kidney infection without burning w/ urination?!

when I had a kidney infection the only way I found out was when my lower back hurt like I had been kicked around and then developed a fever the next day. It didn't burn when I went to the bathroom. If you believe you have either you should talk to your doctor. Good Luck

you dont have to have the burning symotom, there is also the frequency w/ lil drops, or even really bad lowerish back pain
i had to go to the er for this and i found out i had to get my gallbladder out later the whole time because the pain is in the same area for me just take so azo's drink cranberry and you should start feeling better! and drink less carbinated beverages, drink more h2o too
