First of all...don't panic! Although 104 is a high fever it means that your body is fighting off an infection. Your body is over heating so you need to try to bring the fever down but taking tylenol, wearing light clothing and drinking lots of fluids. You do need to go to the doctor to find out what sort of infection you have. Sounds like a throat infection buy it could be strept.

go to the doctor.

Call or have somebody call a doctor! 104 is a high fever, and it means something is dreadfully wrong! You'll most likely need some prescription medication as soon as possible; if your temperature keeps rising, it may become life-threatening!

Get to the doctor right away. Thats way too high.

if you have taken things to try and bring down your fever (eg. tylenol, cool compress to the forhead, eating popsicles, etc.) and nothing seems to helping my only advice to you is...
GET UP AND GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW!!! a fever of 104 is not something you want to have, normal body temp is 98.0 you are well over the norm. you need to get to the doctor ASAP because if it get's any higher you can cause damage to your organs and other things

You have the flu...you def. need to go to the doctor. Try to cool off in a lukewarm bath and keep a moist cloth on your head. Stay hydrated (drink lots of water) and take something with acetominaphen (sp?) such as tylenol. Get well soon!
