Answers: Symptoms of overtraining would not include

Your answer:

a- increased appetite and body weight gain

b-occasional nausea

c-elevated blood pressure

d- elevated resting heart rate

It is definitely A. Check my source.
Hope this helps!

Probably elevated BP.

d

B or D in my opinion. But why elevated BP.. I dunno I am positive it's not A =]

a

A

i ch00se......B

b

i think D.

It's D. When you train a lot your resting pulse lowers because your body becomes more efficient at exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide...

It's not C because during exercise your BP increases to help the demand for blood supply to muscles. It could have been C if it said "resting" blood pressure, but it doesn't say that so C is wrong.

It's not A b/c the more you work out, the more glucose your body uses, so the more you need...you get hungry to let you know that you need insulin...and you gain body weight because your muscles are increasing in size

B can happen due to working out so much and affecting your body's electrolyte levels.

C or D obviously, 90% sure its C, 10% sure its D.

D. elevated resting heart rate.

wouldnt their heart beat faster if they were over training, and not have their RESTing rate increase

D

D because more exercise will make your heart more efficient and require a much lower speed to achieve the same effect.

A- increased appetite and body weight gain

a- increased appetite and body weight gain

I'm pretty sure that's it.:))

a)

Since your key word was, "not", I will go with "A". You would
not have an increased appetite, nor a gain in weight. This is
just common sense. Tho I did check out the appropriate
answer to make sure. If studying the heart is instrumental in
your studies, it's important that you read and remember. Just
to have for your information later on, in case you need it in life.
Alot of textbook studies, we think we won't need as adults and
then we find the opposite is true some day. So learn while
you can, and you'll fare better in life.

definetly D.
