Can someone tell me what this is?!

Question: inbetween my crotch(like the sides of my inner thighs)have turned red.it burs when i walk and my thighs rub against each otherit looks like little red bumps there to.im really scared?..its only been there for a day..but still...has anyone had this before?can anyone tell me what it is?

Probably a rash. I know this sounds crazy but put some diaper rash cream there and wait a day or two. If it doesn't clear up, see a doctor
