Cold sore or pimple on my lip? I have a date on friday what do i do?!
Question: Its on my lip near the corner and its a bump like a pimple but i see like 3 white hole looking things like heads... theyre screaming "pop me pop me" but i know i cant and thats just gross and it'll probably get even worse.
but i tried abreva these past 2 nights and it just got bigger so i thought maybe its not a cold sore maybe its a pimple. so i tried clearasil but it still got bigger. what do i do??? i have a date friday!!

I had the same problem.
I thought it was a cold sore but it turns out that it was actually a pimple. I for one, even though this might sound a little gross, pop my pimples. There's one easy way to do it that I've actually just heard off:
1)Disinfect a needle with rubbing alcohol.
2)Gently prick the pimple
