If it is not stuck in your head, it should be o.k. A pencil doesn't have any lead in it, what we call lead is graphite.
How old is your brother? go to the ER and if he is in his teens call the cops...where are your parents??? his behavior is abnormal and very scary.
Maybe you should call the doctor and ask. Most of the time you can just call to ask a question and they won't charge you.
how can you smell the lead if he stabbed you in the head with it i dont even think if you hold a pencile 2 inches from my nose i will be able to smell the lead as far as your brother get even
Well you should stop tripping cause there is no lead in pencils its graphite, and if it didn't break the skin you're fine. Maybe you should call a nurse or something though.

if your head has graphite still imbedded in your skin, wash with soap and water and see if that helps. is there a black dot there?
