You have had constant diarrhoea, not eaten and have drank a lot of water. You have flushed your system out and this has created watery faeces, that's normal. I don't know how long that this will last, however its best to get rid of the rubbish in your system, Don't try to eat.

To make sure that you do not become dehydrated, make yourself electrolytes. Its 1 pint of cooled boiled water, 1 teaspoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Sip this during the day and if necessary make another batch. It will help you to get better.

Good Luck

Sounds like you have a bug, make sure you drink plenty of water and if it hasn't gone by tommorrow phone your GP

Make sure you keep your electrolyte levels up by taking a little salt and sugar in the water you drink, its gross but you can still suffer the effects of dehydration no matter how much water you drink!

your body is flushing out something its not happy with, however it will leave you feeling drained and sore, and no doubt you have a bum that's similar to a baboons in appearance, there are medicines you can purchase over the counter that will stop it, but you may have to get a friend to go to the chemist for you if you don't want to risk going there and back before you have an accident

I know that this isn't the answer for your problem... But... why don't you try taking some Pepto Bismol... Just so that you can stop the diarrhoea till you can get to a doctor.

Don't just take the Pepto Bismol and avoid going to a doctor. OK. Considering you also have vomitting you need medical attention.

There is an over the counter treatment called "Imodium-d" Loperamide Hydrochloride in two milligram tablets, Follow the directions and your problem should clear up. You will need to start drinking water like crazy to keep from dehydrating. Diarrhea of that type is more common with intestinal flu and with drug/alcohol detoxification. Imodium-d is prescribed for both scenarios. Don't wait too much longer to see a doc, O.K.? Feel Better Friend!.
