What could "white rice" in human stool be?!

Question: Several pieces of what looks exactly like white rice (same color, shape, and size).

Only happened once so far, but I haven't even eaten rice this week, and it was my understanding that rice was completely digested, unlike corn for example.

I was thinking tapeworms, but I could only find examples of dog tapeworms where the segments resembled anything like white rice, and those were supposed to be moving, but in my experience, the particles didn't move at all.

Does anyone have any idea what else it could be?

It most likely some sort of parasite (aka a worm). Next time you see it, get a sample and bring it to your doctor. I know this sounds gross, but nothing grosses us out anymore! It can easily be treated with some medications.

Honestly I do not know, but what I do know is that you should go to your doctor and request a fecal exam so you know exactly what it was. Explain this to your doctor, and he or she may be able to address your concerns...

It sounds like worms. Bring a sample to the doctor.

It sounds like either something you ate not being digested or Giardia. Giardia is a parasite most commonly found in dogs, cats, birds, cattle things like that. It would give you cramping stomach pain and sometimes a low grade fever. People can get it if they were in contact with these animal feces OR more common from contaminated water supply (rivers, lakes, wells, and sometimes public water supply). It will after awhile make your stool float and be light in color. It's a pretty common thing, and treated easily. I would take a sample to your doc if it persists.

The only thing I know it could be is a parasite, or the egg from one. You need to take a stool sample to your doctor to get it checked out.
